Glen, an engineer, is the designer of the LOGAN® PROXTALKER® and the President and founder of ProxTalker.com. Glen is responsible for Sales in the US and travels all over the states spreading the word about the LOGAN® PROXTALKER® communication device.

Chris has been on the fringes of the AAC industry in his previous post at ADVANCE magazine and has a wealth of knowledge in the Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Managed Care/Long-Term Care industries as well as a great track record in account management. Based in Philadelphia, he will manage US sales accounts and will be a familiar face at exhibitions and events across the country.

Sandra, has worked in the AAC industry both as a Speech and Language Therapist and on the commercial side of the fence for many years. She is based in Hampshire and manages sales and distribution across the UK.

Julianne La Fond Hammond

Julianne taught and administered in Newtown CT public middle school during the implementation of federally mandated “mainstreaming” policies for the Special Education population. Her significant work with students and their special requirements elicited a lifelong commitment to student-centered education and humanistic philosophy. She founded and directed a highly successful alternative school for the artistically gifted in New Milford CT, where she served as Teacher, Artistic and Executive Director for fifteen years. She now works to enhance family life and individual potential by increasing public awareness of the LOGAN® PROXTALKER® and the LOGAN® BrailleCoach™.

In addition to coursework towards a doctorate, Ms. Hammond holds the following:

Sylvia

Sylvia Grossbach

Sylvia Grossbach holds a BA in Education from Brooklyn College, with additional post-graduate credits in Business Education. She has many years of experience as a computer technology and business education instructor to adults in New York and California. Sylvia has worked extensively with students from a wide variety of cultural and educational backgrounds, including those in an AHRC program for developmentally disabled adults. She has also taught preschoolers. Sylvia resides in Commack, NY and offers educational consulting support for ProxTalker on Long Island and the surrounding New York area.



James

James Hollins

James Hollins is a state rehabilitation teacher for the blind and visually impaired in Kansas City, Missouri. Mr. Hollins lost his sight at the age of five and started learning Braille before age six. He is an Educational Consultant for ProxTalker.com, LLC, who was brought on board to assist in the development of the LOGAN® BrailleCoach™ Teaching Device as someone “with an inside track” on what it means to need, learn and use Braille. Mr. Hollins holds an Associate of Arts Degree from the University of Missouri in Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from the University of Missouri in Kansas City.
